  5 、 Manufacturing process (1) Permanent magnets are made by mixing iron oxide with strontium, then grinding the compound into a very fine powder. The powder is mixed with a ceramic binder and then sealed in a metal mold. The mold is then placed in a furnace and sintered to bind the mixture together.   (2) The frame is made of aluminum or steel. The sheet arrives at the intended factory, where it is then placed on a conveyor belt and conveyed to a cutting machine.
